FAQs

  • There is potable water for washing hands and refilling water bottles at both farms. At Fresh Roots Farm, there are well-serviced porta johns. Lovewell Farm does not have bathroom access.

  • Yes! Both farms have parking either on site or nearby for buses.

  • Yes! Lovewell Farm has a nice grassy lawn for a picnic-style lunch and Fresh Roots Farm has plenty of picnic tables to accommodate a large group.

  • Clothes and shoes you can get dirty in and closed-toed shoes (sneakers or boots). We recommend long pants, but do not require them, and find a hat is always nice if it’s sunny out. We provide work gloves for all who want them.
