Our volunteer events are OPEN for the 2026 season!
MEVO’s Open Sunday Volunteer Days will take place from the last Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November (with a few exceptions). Check back to this page for updated information.

Come volunteer with us! Below you will find our upcoming volunteer events. Please complete the following two-step process to start volunteering with MEVO:
All volunteers must complete a liability form. This must be completed once annually and applies to both new and returning volunteers.
Fill out the 2026 MEVO Liability Form HERE.
Register to attend a volunteer event. This can be completed by submitting the Google form attached to the volunteer event you would like to attend. The full list of upcoming volunteer events for 2026 is available below (forthcoming).
Please note: If you sign up to attend a volunteer event after 8:00PM the night before the event, please email volunteer@mevo.org to receive pertinent information for the event.
If you’d like to bring a group to volunteer with MEVO, let us know and we can arrange a separate event. Let us know by filling out an interest form HERE.

Herbal Beverages and Mocktails
Capture the flavors and fragrances of spring in herbal drinks! In this workshop, we will create refreshing non-alcoholic beverages perfect for everyday enjoyment or special occasions. We’ll make three drinks together while learning recipes for the components of each one. For each herb highlighted in the beverages, we'll discuss how to source the herb and its medicinal benefits. Participants will walk away knowing how to make herbal syrups, bitters, shrubs, and herbal electrolyte beverages. Everyone will go home with 8oz of a shrub we make in class together!
