Farm Feast Tickets 2025

from $206.00

MEVO is proud to present our 10th Annual Farm Feast on August 23rd from 5:30-9:00pm at the Fresh Roots Farm (200 Campgaw Road Mahwah) in the Campgaw Mountain Reservation.

Come enjoy the fruits of our season’s labor with a multi-course farm to table meal served at our Fresh Roots Farm and crafted with veggies, herbs, and summer fruits from our fields and other local farms.

The Farm Feast is MEVO’s largest and only fundraiser of the year. By attending the Farm Feast, you are helping to support our boots on the ground and hands in the dirt experiential, educational, and directive volunteerism programs. The funds generated from the Farm Feast help us fund our programming for the current and upcoming season.

Come enjoy a night of farm to table dishes, live blue grass music by the Blue Plate Special, a silent auction and a raffle, and more. The meal will be BYOB!

WAYS TO DINE:

*These prices do not reflect the 3% processing fee

*Please consider a sponsorship ticket. The Farm Feast is our gala. However, we keep prices much lower than similar events in the hopes many of our community members can join.

  • Table of 8: ($1600) You can purchase a table to seat 8 of your family and friends together. If you would like, you can fit 10 at a table…we recommend that only for parties who are comfortable being a little more cozy, but a few tables do choose this option each year. Please reach out to violet@mevo.org to arrange that.

  • Business Table of 8 ($2678): For businesses looking to buy a table.

  • Single Ticket ($200): You can buy tickets individually instead of buying a table. Individual ticket holders will sit with other individual ticket holders at designated tables. If you plan on filling a table we ask you to purchase a table of 8 to help us more easily organize seating.

  • Sponsorship Ticket ($300): Do you want to contribute to the event in a larger way? Then this option is for you! $100 of this ticket price will be considered a sponsorship. Your name or business name will be placed on the event program. We will reach out to confirm the name you’d like placed.

PAYING BY CHECK:

If you’d prefer to pay by check please use the prices under “Ways to Dine” above.

IMPORTANT: You MUST proceed to check out online using the code CHECK so we have record of your purchase and to record dietary and seating preferences.

If you plan to purchase a sponsorship or raffle ticket online, you must make those orders separate from the tickets or the code will apply to all purchases.

REFUNDS:

*Refunds will be honored for single tickets and single tickets + sponsorships (only the $200 ticket price will be refunded) on or before August 10th, for Tables of 8 and Business Groups on or before August 3rd. Online processing fees are not included in the refund.

THE CHEF:

Chef Gabby began her small food business in 2016 in efforts to combine her passions for sustainable agriculture with feeding her community, and family style hospitality. Coming from a multicultural food loving background, the seeds for food and environmental justice, access, and education were planted at a young age. Her fondest memories are painting her aunties basil pots, making homemade tomato sauce, and giant cucuzza squashes hanging in her family's urban backyard. Chef Gabby enjoys preparing mediterranean, eastern european, and middle eastern menus in exploration of her family's heritage- but equally loves creating all cuisines of the world in efforts to preserve human culture in relation to our environment. She has worked as a culinary and garden educator, a micro farmer, a CSA coordinator (to name a few), while building her reputation as a farm to table chef and educator.

When she's not cooking, Chef Gabby is an avid music lover and musician, enjoys stand up comedy, painting, and walking around the city enjoying ice cream and Vietnamese food. She lives in Jersey City with her dog Zucchini, and loved ones in the neighborhood.
