  • General Info: Deep purple flowers bloom the first year on large, dense spikes. Plants are bushy, well branched, and uniform. Winter hardy in zones 5-7. Flowers are edible and can be used to garnish and as an element in baked goods. Flavor is sweet and floral. 

  • Days to harvest: 100-110 days 

  • Harvesting tips: Harvest the flower spikes on dry, sunny days just as they’re about to open
