              Dill - Thalia
*Experiencing pest issues in the greenhouse. Will be available in person at our plant sales on 5/2, 5/3, 5/4, and 5/11
- Plant family: Umbellifers 
- General info: Thalia’s foliage is usually a green-blue color with fronds that are broad. Compared to other varieties of dill, Thalia takes longer to bolt. Recommended to harvest frequently for more regrowth. 
- Days to harvest: 40 to 50 to leaf harvest; 90-105 to seed. As an alternative, their foliage can be harvested before flowering. For seeds, harvest before they turn golden brown. 
- Sun and spacing: Direct sun and ¼ - ½’’ spacing 
- Common pests: Aphids, caterpillars and worms
