  • Plant family: Umbellifers

  • General info: Thalia’s foliage is usually a green-blue color with fronds that are broad. Compared to other varieties of dill, Thalia takes longer to bolt. Recommended to harvest frequently for more regrowth.

  • Days to harvest: 40 to 50 to leaf harvest; 90-105 to seed. As an alternative, their foliage can be harvested before flowering. For seeds, harvest before they turn golden brown. 

  • Sun and spacing: Direct sun and ¼ - ½’’ spacing 

  • Common pests: Aphids, caterpillars and worms
