General info: Purley chives have straight and average sized leaves which are edible fresh or dried. Its taste is comparable to sweet onion. Furthermore, its flowers can be digested. A great addition to a variety of dishes.

Days to harvest: 75 to 80 days or once plants are established (before flowering)

Sun and spacing: Direct sun/part shade and 2-8” spacing

Common pests: Aphids

Other: Chives in general attract bees and other pollinators as of a result of their sulfur compounds
