  • General Info: Standard variety with good yields of small, sweet smelling, daisy-like composite flowers. Tea made from the flowers is famous for its digestion and sleep inducing qualities. Flowers are also edible and can be used to garnish salads, desserts, and drinks. 

  • Days to harvest: 60-65 days 

  • Harvesting tips: Gather flowers when in full bloom. Three to four cuttings are possible in one growing season. To dry, place flower heads one layer deep on a screen in a dry place out of direct sunlight and with good ventilation. Stir periodically over several days until dry.

  • Sun, and spacing: Direct Sun, space 8” (20cm)

  • Other: Chamomile self sows readily. May become invasive if allowed to do so. 3 to 4 cuttings are possible in 1 growing season.
