Organic Elderberry Syrup (6oz): Prepare for flu and cold season with an organic elderberry syrup. Made with organic elderberries and local honey, this syrup can be saved for colder weather or used over ice cream, in seltzer water, or as the star of a late summer lemonade. Elderberry is a native tree to our region, packed full of antioxidants, and has anti-viral properties.
Shrub Mix (8oz): A shrub is a sweet and tangy mixture of raw honey and apple cider vinegar infused with fruits and herbs for a refreshing mixer, a base of a refreshing electrolyte beverage (vinegar extracts minerals from plants), or a mocktail. The shrub you’ll receive will be the same flavor we serve at the Farm Feast. Our shrub flavor for this year is yet to be determined, but examples of shrubs we’ve made in the past include: watermelon spearmint, triple berry (elderberry, blueberry, raspberry), peach, and more. Our shrub will utilize what is available during the time of the Farm Feast and could include fruit like peaches, watermelons, and berries and plants like Anise Hyssop, Tulsi, Spearmint, and White Pine.
