Believe it or not, it is time to have your fall garden on your mind! Join us for a hands-on fall garden workshop designed to help gardeners of all levels make the most of the autumn season! Whether you're a seasoned grower or just getting started, this workshop will cover everything you need to know about planning, planting, and maintaining a thriving fall garden
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
Best vegetables and flowers to plant in the fall
Soil preparation and composting techniques
Extending your growing season with row covers
Fall garden maintenance and pest control
Harvesting tips and preparing your garden for winter
What to Expect:
Participants will enjoy interactive demonstrations, Q&A sessions with MEVO farmers Lauren and Taylor, seeding take-home fall plants, and other helpful materials. Come dressed for light outdoor work and bring your gardening questions and notetaking materials!
