Kristen Arnold (she/her) is currently an Administrative Assistant at MEVO. She supports communications, fundraising, and grant writing efforts, along with other administrative tasks. She was formerly the 2024 Trail Crew Leader, a 2024 Farm Assistant, and a 2024 Spring Crew Intern.
Her professional background is in food security, food systems, and climate justice. Prior to joining MEVO, she served as the global climate policy lead at the UN World Food Programme (WFP). She recently received her Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from New York University (NYU).
When not at MEVO, Kristen finds herself spending as much time outside as possible, with a good book or on an adventure. She also loves to talk to anyone and everyone about all things related to food, and co-founded a monthly newsletter called Food People to do so!
