General Info: Salanova heads (curly, and rounded butter heads, are cut and come again crops meaning that they can be cut above the core 2-3 times and will regrow for another cutting. Romaine (more oblong and taller leaves) are not a cut and come again crop and is best harvested by cutting at the base upon maturity.
Days to harvest: 55 days for Salanova and 56 for Romaine
Harvesting tips: Harvest when lettuce heads are mature. Salanova can get up to 1/4-1/2 of a pound, Romaine heads will be more compact with the leaves tighter together.
