Get ready to chop, blend, and taste your way through this fun, hands-on Salsa & Pesto Making Workshop! Join our educators Lauren and Taylor in using fresh, seasonal ingredients—many straight from the garden—you’ll learn how to make two classic favorites that are bursting with flavor and easy to recreate at home.

Perfect for home cooks, gardeners, and food lovers of all levels!

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How to make fresh tomato salsa (plus tips for customizing heat and texture)

  • How to craft a traditional basil pesto (and creative variations!)

  • Herb and produce prep tips for best flavor and shelf life

  • Basic food safety and simple storage methods

  • Ideas for serving, pairing, and preserving your creations
