Erin received her Political Science Undergraduate Degree from Rutgers University in 2004. Her and her husband Daniel “Mickey” Ricciardella currently raise three children in Westwood, where Erin is an accountant and owner of Dan Eve, LLC.
Erin has served two consecutive terms as a Westwood Borough Councilmember (2018-2020, 2021-2023), and is currently seeking a third term as a Borough councilmember. Erin currently serves her second year as Westwood Police Department Council Liaison as well as Deputy Council Liaison to Finance and Personnel. Erin is also Council Liaison to the Shade Tree Committee, Local Assistance Board, OEM and Green Team.
Erin is currently a Board Trustee for the following non-profit organizations: Westwood Cares, Dragons Soccer Club, MEVO (Mahwah Environmental Volunteer Organization) and the Kiwanis Club of Pascack Valley as well as an administrative board member of Temple Assembly #32 of the International Order for Rainbow Girls and is Head Coach for the U10 Dragons Girls Soccer Team, Troop Leader for the Westwood Junior Troop 9-7896 and Treasurer for the Westwood Democratic Municipal County Committee.
