School Field Trips

  • The Farm’s main purpose is to serve as an area for educational experiences, so we welcome school groups of any age to join us at our farm for a day of learning and  work. A typical school visit includes a tour of our farm accompanied by a few hours of work on-site, lead by our staff. Additionally, we can also provide in-school educational services including interactive presentations and lectures about our organization and farming practices. A brief example of topics covered on our farm and in school presentations are: pollination, plants, local & global environmental issues, compost, and more. To set up a field trip or educational presentation please email: mevovolunteers@mevoearth.org
